摘要
从理论上对干气密封的作用机理及影响干气密封性能的主要参数进行了研究。对裂解气压缩机干气密封的端面结构进行优化,设计制造出了适合该工艺的干气密封及其控制系统,合理选择了密封气源,有效解决了裂解气结焦的问题,工业运行获得成功,极大地提高了裂解气压缩机的运转性能。
Mechanism about gas seal and main parameter to influence on its performance were studied. The end face structure of carbonyl compound compressor gas seal was optimized , useable gas seal and control system were designed and succeed in application on industry , running performance of carbonyl compound compressor was improved.
