摘要
利用新材料和技术,对传统的阳离子交换器进行改造后,采用正交试验途径探讨改造后阳的离子交换器最佳工作点,使周期制水量由原来的1000~1500t/周期,提高到2500~3000t/周期以上,周期再生剂总量消耗保持在原有水平,达到了预期效果。
The traditional cation exchanger was reformed by utilizing new materials and technology. Then,the orthogonal experiments were applied to find out the optimum operation point of the cation exchanger. The water production quantity was increased from 1 000- 1 500 T/period to 2 500-3 000T/period. Meanwhile, the total periodic regenerant consumption was remained in the original level which achieved the desired results.
