摘要 采用毛细管气相色谱法测定狗皮膏中樟脑、冰片的含量。FID检测器,HP-INNOWAX(30m×0.32mm×1.0μm)色谱柱(PEG20M)。试验结果表明:樟脑和冰片有良好线性关系,相关系数分别为0.9998、0.9995;平均回收率(n=9)分别为101.0%、99.5%。方法分离度大、易重现、回收率高,是橡胶膏类样品中樟脑、冰片含量测定的有效方法。 A credible gas chromatography method was established to determine camphor and synthetic borneol in adhesive plasters. FID detector was used and the determination was performed on a HP-INNOWAX GC column (30.0 m×0.53 mm×1.0 um). The regression coeficients of camphor and synthetic borneol were 0. 999 8 and 0. 9995, respectively. The average recoveries of camphor and synthetic borneol (n= 9) were 101.0 % and 99.5 %, respectively. The result showed that the method had good seperation, recovery and duplicity, it is an available method for determination of camphor and synthetic borneol in adhesive plasters .
