摘要
通过对胶粘剂各组分用量的研究,确定了较好的胶粘剂配方。选用了一种方便,成本低的表面改性方法-紫外线臭氧处理法(UVO)对氟橡胶改性,使剪切强度提高了33.1%。
Fluorine rubber is applied in various fields due to its excellent performances, but owing to its low surface energy, it is difficult to be bonded to metal, therefore the study on the bond of fluorine rubber to metal is extremely important. The experiment ascertained the adhesive prescription through study on the dosage of each ingredient. Selecting a convenient and low price method - UVO to modify fluorine rubber, the shear intensity was improved by 33.1%.
