介绍了大庆华科公司采用降解法利用固体过氧化物,生产纤维级聚丙烯专用树脂HK-PP-TF产品的生产过程。指出通过控制过氧化物加入量,可以控制产品熔体流动速率,保证生产的稳定。该产品的熔体流动速率为32 g/10 min、灰份小于0.03%、拉伸屈服强度大于30 MPa、黄色指数测试值小于0.5。
