摘要
针对氯化石蜡储罐腐蚀现象,作出腐蚀原因的不同机理分析;氯化蜡储罐底板和底圈板腐蚀主要原因是由于底部积水产生HC、lH2S水溶液酸性腐蚀介质所致;底部沉积水中溶解氧与储罐钢材所形成的电化学腐蚀是另外的一个原因;原因之三是罐体壁板与空气交替接触和罐顶与空气、硫化氢气体接触造成的露点腐蚀。通过在氯化蜡储罐钢板内表面做环氧玻璃钢内衬以及相应的辅助措施,可以防止各种因素导致的储罐腐蚀的产生。
In this paper mechanism was analyzed for corrosion in the paraffin chloride tank. The corrosion occurred in tank bottom was caused by acid from the combination of water with hydrogen chloride or hydrogen sulfide. The second reason was caused by electrical corrosion due to the dissolved oxygen in the water at the bottom of the tank. The third reason was exposed point corrosion caused by tank wall and top' s touch with air or hydrogen sulfide. The corrosion mentioned above can be prevented by applying epoxide resin to the inside surface of the tank together with other auxiliary measures.
