摘要
目的 探讨双酚A的生殖遗传毒性.方法 应用单细胞凝胶电泳试验(SCGE)研究了双酚A对离体小鼠睾丸细胞的DNA损伤作用.结果 除10^-10mol/L组与对照组比较无显著性差别外,各染毒组拖尾率均明显高于对照组(P〈0.05).随着双酚A染毒浓度的增加,小鼠睾丸细胞DNA损伤程度也逐渐增加(P〈0.05),在10^-5mol/L和10^-6mol/L组均出现了Ⅳ级损伤.结论 在一定浓度下,双酚A可引起离体小鼠睾丸细胞的DNA损伤,可能对雄性小鼠具有一定的生殖毒性.
Objective To study the reproductive and genetic toxicity of BPA. Methods The effects of BPA on DNA damage in isolated male mice testis cells were observed with single'cell gel electrophoresis test. Results The ratio of tailings in different dosages of BPA groups were significantly higher than that in the negative control group(P〈0.05) except the 10^-10 mol/L group. The DNA damage level in the mice increased with the increasing of the BPA dosage(P(0.05). Ⅳ grade DNA damage was found in the 10^-5 and 10^-6 mol/L group. Conclusion Under the certain concentration, BPA could induce DNA damage in isolated male mice testis cells and might affect reproductive system of male mice.
