高压氧综合治疗耳带状疱疹伴面瘫疗效的观察

Efficacy Observation in Hyperbaric Oxygen Treatment in Oticus Zoster Accompanying Facial Paralysis

目的 探讨高压氧综合治疗耳带状疱疹伴面瘫的临床价值.方法 对28例耳带状疱疹伴面瘫药物＋高压氧综合治疗（HBO组）,治疗压力0.2～0.25 mPa（0.2～0.25 ATA）,吸纯氧60 min,1次/d,10次为1个疗程,平均治疗2个疗程.单纯药物治疗者15例为对照组.结果 HBO组同期治疗中见效快,病程明显缩短,神经功能恢复良好,总有效率89.3%（高压氧治疗2个疗程时的面神经功能评价）.同对照组（同期治疗总有效率53.3%）比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.随访5～24个月,面部神经功能恢复97.5%.结论 高压氧综合治疗耳带状疱疹伴面瘫疗效好,面肌功能恢复快,是一种安全可靠的治疗手段.

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of hyperbaric oxygen（HBO） on oticus zoster with facial paralysis. Methods A group of twenty-eight patients were treated with medicine and hyperbaric oxygen （HBO group）, the healing pressure is 0.2-0.25 mPa（0. 2-0. 25 ATA）, breathed pure oxygen for 60 min once a day, took ten times as a treatment course, two courses were needed on average. Another group of fifteen patients were treated only with medicine, compared the healing effect of the two groups. Results The HBO group took less time to recover during the treatment period and the time spent was shortened apparently. The function of nerve restored, the curing efficiency rate reached 89.3%. The efficiency of contrast group was 53.3 %, the difference is significant in statistics（P 〈 0.05）. Through the observation of 5 -24 months afterwards, the facial paralysis recovery attained 97.5 %. Conclusion It is better to treat the oticus zoster accompanying facial paralysis by comprehensive treatment of HBO. The function of facial muscle restored quickly, so it is a safe and reliable method for those patients.
