纳洛酮治疗双硫仑-乙醇反应的疗效分析

Curative Effect of Naloxonum on Treating the Reaction of Disulfiram

目的 探讨采用纳络酮注射液治疗双硫仑-乙醇反应,快速缓解临床症状.方法 共接诊18例男性双硫仑-乙醇反应患者,根据临床症状轻重,分别给纳洛酮注射液0.4～0.8 mg,用25%葡萄糖注射液20～40 mL稀释后静脉注射,然后全部给纳洛酮注射液0.8～1.2 mg加入5%葡萄糖注射液250 mL静脉点滴,观察疗效.结果 用药30 min后症状均明显缓解,1 h后症状基本消失.结论 应用纳洛酮注射液治疗双硫仑-乙醇反应疗效好,缓解临床症状快.

Objective To explore effects Naloxonum injections to treat the reaction of Disulfiram and moderate the clinical symptoms quickly. Methods 18 male patients suffering Disulfiram were treated. According to different symptoms, serious or less, injecting Naloxonum 0.4- 0.8 mg diluted with glucose 20 - 40 mL, which is done directly as intravenous injection. Then all of them were given Naloxonum injections 0.8- 1.2 mg with 5 % glucose 250 mL as intravenous drips to observe the curative effect. Results After 30 minutes, the symptoms were moderated apparently and one hour later the symptoms removed. Conclusion Adopting Naloxonum to treat the reaction of Disulfiram has a very good curative effect and moderate the clinical symptoms quickly.
