应用瑞芬太尼治疗烧伤病人60例疗效分析

Clinical Application of Remifentanil in Patients with Burn Surgery

目的 观察瑞芬太尼在烧伤手术期间对血压、心率的影响.方法 选择患者60例,随机分为观察组（R组）和对照组（F组）,每组30例.R组于手术开始前2 min静脉注射瑞芬太尼1μg/kg,手术开始后即刻持续静脉注入瑞芬太尼0.1μg/（kg.min^-1）,F组分别给予等量的芬太尼.分别记录病人入室后麻醉前（T1）、切痂取皮时（T2）、植皮时（T3）、术毕呼之睁眼时（T4）血压、心率.结果 瑞芬太尼组在切痂取皮、麻醉维持期间MAP及HR变化显著低于芬太尼组（P〈0.05）,呼之睁眼时间为（9.6±4.7）min,较芬太尼组短.结论 静脉泵注瑞芬太尼＋异丙酚对烧伤患者影响轻微,术后苏醒快.

Objective To observe the effects of remifentanil on blood pressure and heart rate of patients with burn surgery. Methods 60 patients were divided into observation＇ group（group R） and contrast group（group F） randomly. Each group contains 30 patients. In group R, remifentanil was administrated while fentanil was administrated in the other group. Results The physiology changes in group R vary slightly than that in the other group. Conclusion Remifentanil has more advantages than fentanil in burn surgery.
