摘要
在不同的土壤含水量条件下,测定了金银花叶片的叶面积、叶绿素a、叶绿素b、类胡萝卜素、叶绿素总量、比叶重、光合日变化、日碳固定总量等多个指标。结果表明:随着土壤含水量的降低,金银花的叶面积降低,而叶绿素a、叶绿素b、类胡萝卜素、叶绿素总量、比叶重都升高;土壤干旱加剧了金银花叶片光合日变化的波动,土壤相对含水量最低(30.01%)时,光合速率谷底值比峰值降低了89.47%;但日碳固定总量变化不大。金银花通过减小叶面积,增加叶绿素含量、比叶重来保持一定的碳积累以便适应土壤干旱。
Physio-ecological characteristics of the leaves ofLonicerajaponica thunb growing in soils during the inspection in soil moisture content were measured and compared. Results showed that with the decrease in soil water content, the contents of chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, total chlorophyll and specific weight of the leaves increased, but leaf area decreased. Drought of the soil exacerbated fluctuation of daily photosynthesis. When the relative soil moisture content was 30.01%, the valley value was 89.47% lower than the peak value. However, the total diurnal carbon fixation varied slightly. Lonicerajaponica thunb adapted to drought by decreasing leaf area and increasing chlorophyll content and specific leaf weight.
