摘要 CystatinM是半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂超家族的新成员,在肿瘤的侵袭转移、细胞凋亡、组织分化等病理生理过程中发挥重要的作用。研究发现,CystatinM基因的表达可以影响乳腺癌组织的生物学恶性潜能,抑制肿瘤的生长、侵袭和转移,有望成为抗乳腺癌侵袭与转移的靶标。 Cystatin M is a new member of the cysteine proteinase inhibitor su-perfamily. It plays an important role in pathophysiological processes such as in-vasion and metastasis of tumors,cell apoptosis and tissue differentiation. Present data shows that Cystatin M gene expression in breast cancer can affect its malignant bioligical characters and inhibit the growth, invasion and metastasis of the tumor which will be new target in inhibiting the invasion and metastasis of breast cancer.
