摘要 细胞因子信号转导抑制因子(SOCS)基因的异常甲基化与多种人类肿瘤的发生、发展有明显的相关性。SOCS基因的甲基化沉默导致JAK/STAT途径的结构激活,从而造成了致癌基因和增殖相关基因的激活并最终导致了肿瘤的形成。 The abnormal methylation of Suppressor of cytokine Signal Transduction Gene (SOCS) has obvious relationship with the oecurance and development of tumor. The raethylation-mediated silencing of SOCS gene results in constitutive activation of the JAK/STAT pathway. The activation of the pathway thus may cause an activation of oncogenes or growth-associated genes and eventually leads to oncogenesis.
