摘要 抗甲状腺药物(ATD)是治疗Graves病的主要方法之一,但治疗中出现的最常见的不良反应为粒细胞减少和粒细胞缺乏。ATD导致粒细胞减少、缺乏的发病机制仍不清楚,本文就近年来ATD致Graves病患者粒细胞减少、缺乏的发生机制及防治有关的研究进展进行阐述。 Antithyroid drug is one of the main therapeutic method in treatment Graves＇ s disease, of which the common adverse effects are granulopenia and agraneulocytosis. The mechanism of granulopenia and agraneulocytosis resulting from ATD is not clear. This article reviews progresses of these about their pathogenesis, prevention and treatment.
