幽门螺杆菌对抗生素耐药性的研究进展

Antibiotic Resistance of Helicobacter Pylori

幽门螺杆菌（HP）是一种存在于人类胃黏膜的G-的螺旋形细菌,是胃十二指肠溃疡、慢性活动性胃炎的主要病因,并与黏膜相关性淋巴组织（MALT）淋巴瘤及胃癌的关系密切。目前,全球已有超过一半的人感染了HP,因此HP的根治成为大家关注的问题。但是临床上HP根除率却不高,首治根除率只有约70%,补救疗法的失败率也有9%~10%,其原因主要是患者对药物的依从性欠佳和日益突出的抗生素耐药问题。本文就有关HP对抗生素耐药性的研究近况简要综述。

Helicobacter pylori is a spiral-shaped, Gram-negative bacterium,which is the main causes resulting in gasttoduodenal ulcer and chronic reactiveness gastritis and has a close relationship with MALLT and gastric cancer. Now, over a half of people had been infected with tiP, so radical cure of HP is attracting more attention. But its eradicating rate in clinic is very low,the first eradicating rate is about 70% ,failure rate of salvage therapy is only 9% - 10%. It is just of the patient＇s poor drug compliance and increasing antibiotic resistance, This article reviews some progress of HP about its antibiotic resistance.
