摘要
亚低温对缺血脑组织具有保护作用,其机制目前尚未阐明。脑缺血与细胞凋亡关系密切,可以引起神经元凋亡及其相关基因的表达。亚低温影响细胞凋亡过程,细胞凋亡过程受基因表达严格调控,目前已知凋亡相关基因多达数十种,其中对p53、Bcl-2、Bax以及caspase-3等研究较多。本文从亚低温对脑缺血后细胞凋亡及其相关基因表达的影响方面介绍了亚低温的研究进展。
Mild hypothermia has a protective effect on ischemic brain tissue,of which the mechanisms is still unknown. Brain ischemia is closely related to cell apoptosis, which can resuh in neuron apoptosis and higher expressions of its related genes. Mild hypothermia affect the process of apoptosis, which is strictly regulated by gene expressions. Now the known genes related to apoptosls are more than tens of kinds, among which more study is about p53, Bcl-2, Bax and caspase-3. The article reviews progresses of hypothermia in its influence on cell apoptosis and related gene expression after brain ischemia.
