摘要 运动病是伴随着运动引起的恶心、呕吐、肠胃不适、食欲低下、头痛、面色苍白和血压变化等一系列自主神经系统功能紊乱的反应症状。目前关于运动病的发病机制有多种学说,运动病发生的神经通路尚未明了,运动病的预防和治疗有待于进一步的探索。本文综述了近年来关于运动病发生机制的学说、神经通路以及预防和治疗等方面的研究进展。 Motion sickness refers to a series of symptoms reflecting autonomic nervous system functional disorder, which includes nausea, vomitus, intestine and stomach upset, inappetence, headache, pale, changes in blood pressure.At present,there are many theories about the mechanism of motion sickness,of which the neural pathway is still unclear, and its prevention anf therapy still needs further studying. This article reviews some progresses of motion sickness about its pathogenesis, neural pathway and prevention and therapy.
