摘要 近年来对Rho家族蛋白的研究进展很快,其中以RhoA、Rac1、Cdc42最为人们所关注。这些小分子量G蛋白具有GTP酶活性,参与细胞周期调控和基因转录的调节。在调节细胞骨架、细胞运动、细胞凋亡、细胞恶性转化及肿瘤的浸润、转移等方面发挥重要作用。 The research of Rho protein family have a large progress, among which RhoA, Racl,Cde42 are attracting mere attention from people, most people pay attention to. These G protein with low melecular weight have the GTP enzymatic activity, which participate the regulation of cell cycle and genetic transcription. They also play the vital role in the adjustment of cystoskeleton, cell movement, apoptosis, cell malignant transformation and infiltration and , metastasis of tumor.
