子宫内膜息肉的相关因素探讨

Study about Correlation Factor of Endometrial Polyps

子宫内膜息肉是最常见的宫腔内病变之一,可引起不规则阴道出血,经量增多,不孕等临床表现,发病机制目前尚不清楚,年龄、月经不调是子宫内膜息肉发生的高危因素,需宫腔镜检查与病理学检查相结合,才能使子宫内膜息肉的诊断更完善,治疗更及时,并能减少其复发。本文就其发病机制、病理特点、诊断、治疗及复发、恶变等相关因素进行综述。

Endometrial polyps（EP） is one of the intrauterine diseases,of which the clinical manifestation are irregular vagina bleeding, menorrhagia, infertility and so on. Pathogenesis of EP is now unkown, while age and menoxenia are its high risk factors, and hysteroscopy and pathology examination are needed in order to diagnose more perfectly, treat more promptly and reduce its relapse more better. This article reviews correlation factors of its pathogenesis, phathological feature, diagnosis, treatment and relapse as well as canceration.
