摘要 近年来,有关血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)在促进创口愈合和皮瓣成活方面的研究备受瞩目。本文就VEGF促进血管生成的机制、VEGF受体的分类、VEGF在促进创伤愈合和改善皮瓣血运状况中的作用及VEGF应用中存在的问题作一综述。 Recently,Studys related to vascular endothelial cell growth factor (VEGF)VEGF about its effect in accelerating wound healing and improving the success rate of flap are attracting more attention.This article reviews VEGF including its mechanism in stimulating angiogenesis,its receptor classification,the effect in promoting wound healing and improving blood supply of flap as well as the existing problems in its application.
