摘要 近年来研究发现细胞凋亡参与了糖尿病肾病发病机制,细胞凋亡是一个多基因调控过程,B细胞淋巴瘤/白血病2(Bcl-2)基因家族、Fas等都是重要的凋亡调节基因,其中Bax/Bcl-2比率与糖尿病肾脏细胞凋亡数目呈正相关。本文就糖尿病肾病与细胞凋亡的关系,及其某些相关基因的表达情况作一综述。 Recent researches showed that cell apoptosis participated pathogenesis of diabetic nephropathy,which is a process of polygene regulation.The Bcl-2 family and Fas are all important regulated genes of apoptosis, in which the ratio of Bax/Bcl-2 is correlated positively with the number of apoptosis cells in diabetes kidney.This article reviews the relationship between diabetic nephropathy and apoptosis as well as expression of some related genes.
