自体外周血单核细胞移植治疗外周动脉性疾病的临床应用

摘要 外周动脉性疾病的治疗目前主要有药物治疗、支架植入术、血管旁路移植术等。药物治疗无效及不能胜任支架植入术或血管旁路移植术者正面临截肢的危险。近年兴起的自体外周血单核细胞移植可以减少截肢率,为外周动脉性疾病患者提供了一种有效、简单、安全的治疗方法。 The treatments of peripheral arteral disease mainly include drug therapy, stent implantation,vessel bypass grafting.Those who did not feasible to drug therapy and stent implantation or vessel bypass grafting,will be faced with the risk of amputation.In recent years, the application of autologous peripheral blood mononuclear cells transplantation can reduce the accident of amputation ,and was proved to be a therapeutic approach for peripheral arteral disease with effective,simple and safety.
