口服避孕药治疗功能失调性子宫出血

Oral Contraceptive in Treatment of Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding

功能失调性子宫出血(DUB)为妇科门诊常见病,严重危害妇女身心健康。口服避孕药(OC)是妇女最常用药物之一,安全性好,方便性强,用于DUB的治疗有较好疗效。本文综述DUB的发病率、机制及治疗方法,特别是OC对DUB的治疗,包括用药方法,疗效观察和OC对40岁左右妇女应用的安全性。OC除避孕作用外,在治疗DUB的同时,对妇女其他疾病尚有治疗作用。

Dysfunctional uterine bleeding （DUB） is the common disease in out-patients of gynecology,which is harmful to the health of women.Oral contraceptive is the common drugs used in women with high safty and well convenient and achieved better efficacy in the treatment of DUB.This article reviews DUB of its incidence,mechanism and therapeutic methods, especially the treatment of DUB using OC including medication method,efficacy observation and its safety applied in women with fourty years old.OC still has another therapeutic effect in the other gynecological diseases during the treatment of DUB besides its effect of contraception.
