凝血因子fgl2凝血酶原酶研究现状

摘要 fgl2凝血酶原酶是一种直接激活凝血酶原的凝血因子。反式因子通过与小鼠fgl2凝血酶原酶基因启动子中正性调控结构域结合而对其表达进行调控,人fgl2凝血酶原酶基因的表达调控可能之相似。作为一种免疫-凝血的中介物,fgl2凝血酶原酶在病毒引起的肝损伤、自发性流产及移植排斥反应等病理过程中发挥重要的作用。 fgl2 prothrombinase is a new kind of blood coagulation factors which can activate prothrombin directly.Transconfiguration factors can regulate gene expression of mouse fgl2 prothrombinase through bining PRD domain of its promoter,of which the regulating pattern is similar to that of human.As a media of immune-coagulation system,fgl2 prothrombinase plays vital roles in the pathogenesis of hepatic injury caused by virus,spontaneous abortion and graft rejective reaction.
