摘要 众多研究发现脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)及其特异性受体酪氨酸激酶B(TrkB)在许多中枢神经系统疾病中都有表达,升高或降低,且对中枢神经系统疾病的作用及机制不一。对BDNF、TrkB在中枢疾病中的深入研究对深刻理解中枢神经系统疾病的发病机制及探索新的治疗方法有重要的临床意义和应用前景。 Many studies have showed that BDNF and its specific receptor TrkB has increased and decreased expression in many central nervous system diseases,which have different effects and mechanisms in these diseases.Futher study of BDNF and TrkB in central nervouse system deseases will have important clinical significance and application prospect to understand the pathogenesis of central nervous diseases as well as to search for its new therapeutic methods.
