摘要
Ski/SnoN为一类具有高度同源性的核内癌蛋白,近年研究表明其与肿瘤的发生和发展、胚胎的发育和组织纤维化等密切相关。许多的实验和资料显示在转化生长因子β信号通路中,Ski/SnoN作为辅助调节因子,抑制Smad蛋白介导的转录活性,从而调节基因的表达,以实现多种生物学功能。本文主要就Ski/SnoN的结构、分布、作用机制及其与疾病的关系简要综述。
Ski and SnoN are a kind of intranuclear oncoprotein with high homology. Recent researches showed that Ski and SnoN is closely related to the genesis and development of tumor, growth of embryon, tissue fibrosis and so on. Many experiments and data showed that Ski/SnoN can regulate the gene expression to achieve many biological functions by inhibiting Smad protein -mediated transeriptional activity in TGF-β signal pathway as assisted regulatory factor. This article reviews Ski/SnoN about its structure, distribution, mechanism of action and its relationship with diseases.
