Study Overview about Therapy of Cervical Spondylosis by Traction

颈椎病是指颈椎间盘组织退行性改变及椎间结构继发性改变刺激或压迫周围组织,使患者出现相应的各种症状和体征。在临床,颈椎牵引一直被认为是主要治疗方法之一。本文收集相关的文献和资料,根据颈椎的解剖及运动学特点,将颈椎牵引的作用机制及应用原则论述如下。

Cervical spondylosis refers to all kinds of symptoms and signs caused by stimulated or pressed tissue around resulting from the retrograde degeneration of cervical discs and its econdary changes of intervertebral structure nearby.Traction of cervical vertebra is still considered as one of the main therapies of this disease.This article reviews the mechanism and application principle of traction of cervical vertebra according to its feature in anatomy and kinematics based on the related data and documents.
