摘要
大多数中国企业在企业文化的塑造、培养以及认识等方面还存在诸多问题。企业文化的发展建设必须适应以经济全球化为主要内容的经济环境的变化要求,正视在企业文化建设中存在的问题,根据国内外企业文化理论的研究成果和实践经验,采取有的放矢的对策。
There are still many problems in shaping corporate culture, training and awareness in most of Chinese enterprises. The development of corporate culture must adapt to economic globalization as the main contents of the change of economic environment, we should face the problems of enterprise culture existing in the building, according to research result and practical experience of domestic and foreign enterprises cultural theory, the correct strategies are adopted.
