从语言规划的历史发展进程,中西方语言资源观的历史演变及其对语言规划的影响来看,语言资源观是一种重要的语言规划观念。作为“十一五”期间国家语委强调的重要概念之一——“语言资源”概念的提出,必将促进我国的语言规划工作的深入发展。
