摘要 克隆新基因及获得其cDNA全长是现代生命科学中研究基因功能的重要前提。以PCR为基础的cDNA末端快速扩增(RACE)技术是一种简单、敏感且有效扩增cDNA全长的方法。该文主要概述RACE技术的原理、进展及其在血液疾病基因克隆方面的应用。 Cloning a novel gene and obtaining its full-length cDNA are crucial prerequisite for the functional annotation of genes. RACE ( Rapid Amplification of cDNA Ends) technique based on PCR is one simple method used to generate full-length cDNA efficiently and rapidly. In the article, the principle and improvement of the techniques were analyzed,and the application of the techniques in hematological disease were also reviewed in detail.
