Study Progress about Postischemia Adapation

心肌缺血再灌注损伤是心脏科医师经常面对的问题,目前对其治疗仍然没有好的方法。近来研究发现,在冠状动脉再灌注开始时对冠脉进行几轮短暂重复的再灌注/闭塞过程,随后恢复冠脉血流,即“缺血后适应”,可明显保护心脏,减轻缺血再灌注损伤,并为心肌梗死的再灌注治疗提供了一条新方法。

The myocardical ischemina-reperfusion injury is a problem that cardiac doctors are often faced with,which has no feasible therapy at present. Recent study show that postischemia adapation,which is the reperfusion of coronary blood after several times of reperfusion followed up blockage a series procedure of/blockage in the early phase of coronary artery reperfusion, can protect heart as well as relief ischemical reperfusion injury and provide a new therapy for reperfusion after myocardial infarction.
