摘要 慢性移植性肾病是导致肾移植失败的主要原因,其发病机制目前尚不清楚。TGF-β/Smad信号通路在慢性移植性肾病的形成和发展中发挥了重要作用,而Smad通路仍是目前所公认的介导TGF-β胞内反应的主要通路。本文将Smads在慢性移植性肾病中TGF-β/Smads信号转导通路的作用研究进展予以综述,旨在为开辟防治慢性移植性肾病的新途径提供理论和实验依据。 Chronic allograft nephropathy (CAN) is the main cause resulting in failure of renal transplantation,whose pathogenesis is not clear at present. TGF-βSmad signaling pathway plays an important role in the form and development of CAN, and Smad pathway is the main pathway mediating intracellular reaction of TGF- β. This article reviews the progress in effect of TGF-β/Smad signal pathway in order to provide theory and experiment base for new pathway in the prevention and cure of CAN.
