摘要 肝硬化是我国常见的慢性疾病,肝硬化时机体的免疫功能低下,肝脏局部和全身免疫功能均异常,容易发生肿瘤。本文综述肝硬化时全身免疫功能变化。 Liver cirrhosis is a common chronic disease in china.Immunologic hypofunction including immunity abnormality in liver and general in patients with liver cirrhosis has liability to tumor.This article reviews functional changes in general immunity of patients with cirrhosis.
