摘要 我国每年有数十万人死于创伤,其中一半死于致命的颅脑创伤。另外,颅脑创伤的致残率也很高,给社会和家庭带来了巨大的负担,颅脑创伤已成为严重的公共卫生问题。颅脑创伤后均有不同程度的脑水肿的发生和存在,因此,对脑水肿的治疗效果直接关系到颅脑创伤的预后。本文参考相关的国内外文献后就创伤性脑水肿的治疗进展作了全面综述。 There are about several hundred thousands of people dying of wounds in our country every year,of which about half of them was died of fatal craniocerebral trauma.Moreover,the rate of mutilation is also very high in the craniocerebral trauma,which bring great burden to the society and family,so craniocerebral trauma has become a serious public health problem.There is different degree of brain edema occurrence and existence in all of the craniocerebral trauma,therefore,the therapeutic efficacy of craniocerebral trauma.This article reviews therapeutic progresses of traumatic brain edema based on the data in domestic and abroad.
