摘要
肌腱移植物重建前交叉韧带时,腱、骨之间的愈合方式可为直接愈合或间接愈合,出现了包括基因工程在内的多种促进腱-骨愈合的方法,但大多数方法尚处于试验阶段,在用于临床之前,需进一步探索。此外,腱-骨愈合还受多种因素的影响。
The style of healing between tendon and bone may be direct healing or indirect healing when using tendon graft to reconstruct anterior cruciate ligament.Many methods including gene engineering have been used to promote tendon-bone healing.But the majority of them is in test stage,which needs further studying before clinical application.Furthermore,many factors may affect tendon-bone healing.
