摘要
脑利钠肽(BNP)是利钠肽(NP)家族中的一员,循环中的BNP,作为一种激素,能够反映心功能障碍的严重程度,其浓度测量已经在充血性心力衰竭、不稳定心绞痛、心律失常和心脏外科中应用。本文简要概述其生物学特性,探讨急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者BNP水平升高的可能机制,评价其与AMI后左室重构和左室功能的关系,阐述BNP在AMI的研究进展。
Brain natriuretic peptide(BNP) is a member of natriuretic peptide(NP),C of which as a kind of hormone, the circulating levels can,reflect the severity of cardiac dysfunction.Detection of its concentration inplasma has been widely applied in patients with congestive heart failure(CHF),unstable angina(UA),arrhythmia,cardiac surgery.This article reviews its biological characters,debates the mechanism of its high level in AMI,evaluates its relationship with remodeling and function of left ventrical after AMI and explains its progress in AMI.
