摘要单纯延髓内侧梗死（medial medullary infarction，MMI）临床少见，表现为病变对侧偏瘫及深感觉障碍，可伴同侧舌肌瘫痪。我院近2年发现经MRI确诊的MMI2例，结合相关文献分析探讨如下。
