瘦素对实验性自身免疫性脑脊髓炎的促发作用
摘要
实验性自身免疫性脑脊髓炎（experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis，EAE）是中枢神经系统炎性脱髓鞘白质脑病如多发性硬化的动物模型。用致脑炎的相关抗原免疫敏感动物可制造EAE模型。致EAE的相关抗原有许多，主要有全脊髓匀浆（spinal cord homogenate，SCH）、髓鞘碱性蛋白（myelin basic protein，MBP）、髓鞘少突胶质糖蛋白（myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein，
