3岁～6岁单纯性肥胖儿童肥胖因素探讨

Discussion of Simple Obesity factors in Children Aged 3～6 years

目的探讨儿童单纯性肥胖症的危险因素。方法采用1∶1配对法对136例3岁～6岁肥胖儿童进行了研究。结果小儿肥胖的发生与父母超重、婴儿出生体重过大、4个月内喂养方式、运动时间、摄食量过多、看电视的时间有关。结论儿童期肥胖与遗传、家庭因素、喂养方式和食物摄入过多有关。

Objective To explore the risk factors of child obesity. Methods Case-control study was used in 136 children aged 3-6 years by 1 ： 1 matched. Results Over weight in parents, high brith weight,feeding pattern during the first 4 months of birth, the duration of activity,over eating, time of watching TV are the risk factors of child obesity. Conclusions Child obesity was related to genetic factors, family factors ,feeding pattern and over eating.
