中药灌肠配合血液透析治疗尿毒症的研究

Study on Treating Uremia with Herbs Retention Enema and Hemodialysis

目的探讨中药灌肠配合血液透析治疗尿毒症的疗效。方法将同期入院的尿毒症患者60例随机分为治疗组(30例)和对照组(30例),2组除采取一般治疗外,均采取血液透析,治疗组加用中药保留灌肠,1～2次/d,并延长透析时间间隔。观察2组治疗前、后临床生化指标变化。结果治疗2个月后,2组透析效果、生活质量及肾功能改善情况均无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗组较对照组透析时间间隔明显延长,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);治疗后对残余肾功能保护作用明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药灌肠配合血液透析治疗尿毒症,在不影响患者生活质量及透析效果的情况下,可以延缓残余肾功能恶化的进展,显著延长透析时间间隔。

Objective To observe the curative effect of herbs retention enema and hemodialysis in treating uremia. Methods 60 cases of uremia who entered the hospital in the same period were divided randomly into treatment group and control group. Both groups were treated by hemodialysis besides common treatment. The treatment group was treated plus herbs retention enema for 1～2 times a day, delaying the time space of hemodialysis. The vary of clinical biochemistry indexes were observed before and after treatment.Results After treatment for 2 months, there were no significant differences in hemodialysis, living quality and renal function improvement between the two groups （p〉0.05）. The time space of hemodialysis in treatment group was delayed obviously more than that in control group （P〈0.05）.The left renal function after treatment was protected better than in control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusious Treating uremia with herbs retention enema and hemodialysis can significantly protect the left renal function, delay the time space of hemodialysis.
