摘要 建立了氢化物发生原子荧光法连续测定食品中砷、硒和锑的方法.采用微波消解的方法处理样品,研究了在酸性介质下,砷、硒、锑与硼氢化钾生成氢化物的反应行为,并对影响荧光强度的诸因素进行了试验和探讨.该法砷、硒、锑的线性范围分别为0-250,0-200,0-200μg/L,检出限分别为0.36,0.42,0.31μg/L,相对标准偏差为1.23%-4.85%.该法灵敏度高,检出限低,应用于实际样品的测定,结果满意. The method for sequence determination arsenic, selenium, antimony by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry with microwave digestion was established. The various test condition and effect factors for determination of arsenic, selenium, antimony have been optimized. The detection limits are 0.36μg/L, for arsenic, 0.42 μg/L for selenium, 0.31 μg/L for antimony are in the rang 0 - 250,0 - 200,0 - 200 μg/L repetitive. The method has been applied to the sample analysis with satisfactory results.
