摘要
外商投资企业在山东省信息产业总体规模中占据重要比重。对于山东省信息产业的发展起到了积极促进作用,但是外资企业对于山东信息产业的技术与人才溢出效应仍未充分显现。应采取进一步措施提升利用外资层次,优化升级产业结构。
The foreign direct investment （FDI） has taken an important proportion in the total scale of Shandong information industry and has promoted the noticeable function to the industry＇s development. But the spillover effects of FDI technology has not appeared sufficiently yet, and we should take further steps to upgrade the administrative levels of FDI and to promote the industrial structure.
