摘要
文中对时下信息产业质量管理体系中的热点六西格玛和CMM/CMMI作了简单介绍,同时比较了两者间的不同点和相互关系。结论是在面向过程的管理中,六西格玛和CMM/CMMI可以形成互补优势,提高信息产业质量活动的效能。
There is a simple introduction of 6 SIGMA and CMM/CMMI in this article. The difference and relationship between them are compared. The conclusion is that 6 SIGMA and CMM/CMMI are both complemented in quality control of processes in IT enterprises.
