摘要
城市规划管理信息系统集数据处理入库、图形编辑、输出、信息查询、数据统计、空间分析以及多种实用工具于一体,通过对管线和地形资料的管理,结合管线管理流程给出了完备的功能,为管线管理工作提供了方便高效的服务。而且针对城市规划审批的基本流程,提供了基本的规划审批功能,提高规划审批的效率和透明度。本文论述了城市规划管理信息系统的设计思路。
The many developed functions such as data processing and database constructing,map editing,information inquiring, data counting and analysis and practical management tools were integreted in the City Planning Management System. In this paper, the case showed the system were helpful and useful for municipal affairs in pratice.
