摘要
针对既有电气化铁路接触网改造工程的特点,提出在编制接触网改造工程的企业定额时应考虑增加停送电工作程序、在高压线附近施工降低工效、既有接触网设备对新设备安装产生的影响、相关专业同步作业造成干扰、技术标准的提高增加安装和调整时间、一次性达标增加接触网重复调整量、工序间的停歇时间增加、增加等待第一列列车通过的时间等特殊因素,以便能真实地反映定额项目的人工和施工机械台班消耗量。
Based on the characteristics of the catenary system improvement projects of existing electrified railway, this article suggests that in the making of the enterprise norms for such projects, consideration should be given to the special factors such as addition of the work program of power supply and switch - off; decrease of work efficiency whilst working in the vicinity of high tension power lines ; impacts of the equipment of the existing catenary system on the installation of new catenary equipment; disturbance derived from the synchronized work of related disciplines ; lengthening of time for installation and test & commissioning of equipment due to the upgrade of technical standards ; increase of repetition of adjustment of the catenary system in order to have it reach up to the standard at one time; augment of stoppage time between work procedures and the increase of time waiting for the first train to pass, etc. so as to virtually reflect the consumption rate of manpower and construction plant of the quota project.
