摘要
通过对京、沪、穗、宁等城市城市轨道交通项目近100个车站造价的剖析,找到了高架车站和地下车站各自不同的造价控制因素。从而为地铁车站优化设计方案、选择施工工法、采用合理出入口方式、确定装修标准等提供参考,进而达到确定和控制地铁车站投资的目的。
Through the cost analysis of about 100 stations for the urban rail transit projects in Beijing, Shanghai Guangzhou and Nanjing, control factors are found of the respective cost for the elevated and undergroun d stations. It thus provides reference for optimizing the design schemes, selecting the construction methods, adopting reasonable types of entrance and exit and determining the decoration standard, of the metro stations so as to answer the purpose of determining and controlling investment in stations.
