组建一支高效能VE团队是价值工程(VE)能否成功的关键。此文就在大型铁路项目管理开展价值工程过程中建构和运作高效能VE团队的一些做法作总结和介绍。重点讲述VE团队的组建、领队和组员需具备的能力和职责分工等问题。
To organize a high efficiency VE team is a key to success for value engineering. In this article, a summery and introduction is made on the practice of establishment and operation of the high efficiency VE team in the value engineering unfolded in the management of large - scale railway projects. It gives a description mainly of the issues concerning the establishment of the VE team and the ability required of and the division of labour of responsibilities and duties for the team leader and the members of the team.
