Through the instance of the completion settlement of two inter- related projects, this article makes an analysis of the settlement concept for complicated projects of this kind and gives a description of the method of examination and approval of the completion settlement of the two unit projects in the aspects of project location, design variations, material prices, contingency funds, etc. in the repeated design.
