摘要
以酚醛树脂为硫化剂,采用混炼-模压工艺制备了甲基乙烯基硅橡胶/丁基橡胶(PMVS/IIR)复合材料,并进行了力学性能及阻尼性能分析。结果表明:随着PMVS/IIR复合材料中PMVS所占比例的增加,其拉伸强度和扯断伸长率下降,在PMVS/IIR(质量比)为100/100、酚醛树脂质量分数为IIR的4%时,其阻尼性能最佳,并同时具有较好的力学性能,此时,PMVS的阻尼因子(tanδ)最大值从0.14提高到0.69,tanδ大于0.3的温度区间为-50-100℃,表明该材料可用作阻尼材料。
Recently, polysiloxane are attractive as damping materials for their steady mechanical properties in a wide temperature range from -50 ℃ to 200 ℃. However, their damping properties are low at room temperature for their low glass transition temperature. In this work, polymethylvinylsiloxane (PMVS)/butyl rubber ( IIR ) composites were prepared by simple blend and compression moulding using phenolic resin as vulcanizing agent.
