摘要
采用研磨方式制备了氯化镁负载钛催化剂,比较了氯化镁处理方式及球磨方式和球磨时间对催化活性的影响。结果表明,氯化镁结晶水的存在降低了催化剂活性,在制备过程中应避免氯化镁潮解形成结晶水。高温及使用异丁基铝预处理氯化镁均不利于提高催化活性,振动球磨较滚动球磨有利于提高催化活性,高活性催化剂的制备时间应大于15h。
Magnesium chloride supported titanium catalyst was prepared by ball milling style. The catalytic activity of different magnesium chloride treating manner, catalyst milling style and milling time were compared. The results showed that the catalytic activity decreased with the presence of crystal water, the crystal water should be avoided in the process accordingly.High temperature or isobutyl aluminum pre-treated magnesium chloride was unfavorable for increase of the catalytic activity. Vibration mill was better than roiling mill for increase of the catalytic activity. The best preparation time should be more than 15 h.
